Atlantic Shores Realty has an opening for the Position of Closing/Transaction Coordinator. This is a full time, year round position, in our Ocean City office, for someone who possesses extreme attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, a good understanding of the steps involved in completing a residential real estate transaction, the ability to adapt to the ever changing real estate world on a daily basis!  Prior residential Real Estate experience is welcomed but not required.
Compensation:Â Pay structure is Salary plus bonuses based on experience.
