At Atlantic Shores, you can take advantage of a minimum of nine opportunities on a weekly basis to sit down for education to help you, as a real estate agent, grow your business. There is no additional cost for any of these growth opportunities. 

Five of these opportunities happen online, while the remainder happens in person. The in-person education happens in team meetings with coaching, one-on-one opportunities, and coaching with our real estate coach, the Tom Ferry organization. 

You can also come in during office hours and ask any questions that have. There are also team call nights where you get to hear from other real estate agents, and find out what kind of objections they are having.

The Atlantic Shores culture that we have built has been based on helping each other out, helping agents grow their business. Many agents at the company started with zero transactions a year. In a short period of time, we’ve seen them grow from 15, 20, 25, and even 35 transactions a year.
