A new position has opened up, and it’s for a Transaction Coordinator / Listing Coordinator / Agent Liaison. We’re looking to hire someone to be a part of the team, someone who is energetic, may or may not have a real estate license.
Most importantly, this person is someone who is detail-oriented and adaptable. If you like every day to be something different and don’t like monotony, then you could be the person we’re looking for!
What Is the Job About?
Essentially, the Transaction Coordinator will help us with our real estate transactions. You will be writing contracts, working through a daily checklist to ensure that our clients, after they have selected a property, ultimately make it to the settlement table.
This is a behind-the-scenes yet very important job that’s the “glue” that helps our clients to get to settlement or to get their properties launched on the market.
This is a great opportunity for someone with the traits mentioned above.
