I wanted to take a minute to bring you the mid-year real estate market report in Ocean City.  Inventory has continued to decline and is at the lowest level since 2006 with 850 condos currently for sale. The number of contracts written has increased by 10.4% over 2015 numbers. Closed settlements are up 6% so far in 2016 with 511 condos sold.
