Back in the day, agents manage everything with their little black book, which is a book with all the names of their customers. Right now, what we want is the ability to access the customer files anywhere and at any time, whether you’re accessing them from your phone or your desktop. 

Today’s CRMs are much more advanced. You can put in much more information in there, and it also will be linked to your website. Thus, every time they go to your website, you will get notified. You will know that clients have visited your website to look at properties and to save properties to their favorites. 

You can also set reminders as to when you should contact your clients. Knowing how to use the CRM to its full potential will help ensure you succeed in your business. 

Which CRM to use? It can be the free one that your company gives you or one you wish to invest in.

However, note that your CRM doesn’t have to be the best. What’s more important is that you have a CRM, and you make sure that you use the CRM properly.
